Building The Next Generation of Construction Leaders

IndyNAWIC partnered with Deeply Ingrained and the James Whitcomb Riley Success Academy for the Girls Construction Camp 2026. The Girls Construction Camp is a week-long, hands-on program for girls in
grades 7–8. Now in its third year, the camp provides real-world exposure to construction and design through jobsite visits, hands-on activities, and engagement with industry professionals. Our goal is to inspire confidence and show young women that construction is a field where they can build skills, careers, and leadership.
Girl's Camp 2026 would not have been such a success without all of our amazing volunteers and members that helped make it happen. Thank you!
